So recently (like in the last month recently), I decided to
start sewing. I find it incredibly difficult to find clothes I like in Colombo. I think incredibly difficult is an
understatement as there are only a handful stores I frequent in Colombo – Odel, Kelly Felder, Cool Planet, Mondy, Kadapatha and occasionally Dilly’s.
As a result of many shopping adventures buying unsatisfactory items that often sat in the closet for months without being worn I decided to take up sewing. I’m just a beginner so excuse the lack
of neatness and appropriate sewing terminology in my tutorials.
